I'm currently a self-employed private health coach.  I help people who are ready to make the changes necessary to break out of the habits rut that is keeping them in a negative place by helping them not only reach and maintain a healthy weight, but by weekly private counseling to help them identify and overcome the toxic mental patterns that have been holding them back from change.
