Third Trimester Perspective
You see a pregnant chick with five weeks to go...
You see stairs...
You see a charming patch of flowers...
You see a driver's seat...
You see a home office...
You see dirty dishes...
You see a two year old starved for attention...
You see shoelaces...
You see a swimsuit...
Thanks, to Vicky at The Mummy Chronicles for this distinguished recognition!
I see the pathetic remnants of my feet.
You see stairs...
I see a trip to the E.R. with one clumsy step.
You see a charming patch of flowers...
I see something sprouting out of my belly.
You see a driver's seat...
I see a convenient Heimlich maneuver mechanism.
You see a home office...
I see the N.W. quadrant of my keyboard.
You see dirty dishes...
I see FOOD!
You see a two year old starved for attention...
I hear something - but it was probably just my imagination.
You see shoelaces...
I see the reason why I can't leave the house.
I see options.

I love your cute shoes.
waaaaaaaah! : (
Kibler, 16 weeks...
The look on her face was priceless. Thanks for the kodak moment.
I carried Penny really tight as well and was really hoping that this pregnancy would just be "out there" so I wouldn't have to worry about it but this one is jammed in there tight as can be. Makes for an easier silhouette but I have bully my lungs to expand with every breath.
It's funny how much bigger pregnant women always feel than look.
So here's to all you other pregnant moms out there - lets all agree to eat ice cream tonight at 10pm to commiserate as one.
You have a good reason to fill your tummy with anything with a lot of calories (now, because later on no excuses for after-midnight snacks), in my case it's just some kind of nice family-related support-system thingy.
You're very welcome!
You really are one of the best.
I carry mine high and tight, too. Do your ribs ache like mine do? I've never found another pregnant woman who understands this pain. It feels like my ribcage is being spread, or like a backache but in my ribs. Oh, and my back aches, too. Wah, wah, wah. I only have 5 more weeks to whine about my discomfort. Then I get to start whining about sleep-deprivation... Why do we have babies again??... I forget...
Suzie--I don't always carry high and tight, but a couple weeks ago this little guy figured he would try to go LATERAL for a few days. Ribcage to Ribcage. Pleasant was I.
Here's what I find strange: bumping the belly into everything. Knock-boom-slam.
Here's what I hate: sciatic nerves.
