Tantalizing Tidbits

Also, Angela told me about a really interesting site called RealAge.com which asks you questions about your lifestyle and heath then tells you what your body's "real age" is. It's a good review of what I need to be doing in my life to keep my body healthy and a wake up call about the stuff I'm slacking on. I'm happy to report that my Real Age is 5 years less than my actual age so I guess I'm doing something right. It must be the midnight Oreo runs.
I'm still a bit sore from my triathlon but have been wallowing in sugary sweets for the last two days so it's an acceptable tradeoff.
Since I don't have anything to say, I'll spare you from any more. Die, post, DIE! Can't ... stop...typing... must.. dither...onnnnnnnnn.......
