Jenny, thank you so much for the link to the fantastic Japanese workout on Youtube! I did that workout this morning and I feel so great! I discovered that I can say anything to my kids that I otherwise would keep pent up--I just have to say it in a high, soft voice with a Japanese accent! So, happy kids and happy me! I also think I lost 3 pounds.
